SHIPPING / DELIVERY COSTS

Local orders are fulfilled using local courier service, whereas international orders are fulfilled using J & T Express (unless requested otherwise).

FREE SHIPPING is offered for local Malaysia orders exceeding RM150

1) Shipping fee, insurance, custom duties, import duties, clearing fees, taxes or any other fees shall be borne by you. There shall be no refund of such fees paid.

2) Product shall be delivered ex-works in accordance with the International Commercial Terms (Incoterms) from the Company to the international address provided by you.

3) If the product cannot be shipped/delivered to or received by you for reasons attributable to you, the Company may ship the Product to a storage facility or to an agreed freight forwarder. Such costs for storage including any fees/charges incurred in relation to storage shall be borne by you.

4) Ownership and risks of loss or damage to the Product shall be deemed transferred and passed to you when the Product is handed over to the shipper or forwarding agent in Malaysia. 

Delivery Cost for orders in small volume (<1 kg), we ship using Pos Laju FlexiPack International.

Note: Duration may vary from 7 to 21 days depending on each country's customs clearance. Rates displayed are excluding your country's custom charges (unless requested otherwise).
